Nu är kandidaterna för SFPEs kommande huvudstyrelse (USA) 2017 presenterade av valberedningen. Glädjande är en av det svenska chapterts medlemmar och tidigare styrelsemedlem nominerad till inte mindre än ordförandeskapet.
SFPEs medlemmar har fått utskickat följande kandidater för 2017 års Board of Directors:

Såhär står det vidare om valprocessen:
The ballot will be sent out electronically on October 3, 2016 and will include photos, background information and statements from all of the candidates. Voting will be open for 30 days and will end on November 1, 2016 at 5:00 pm US Eastern Time. In accordance with the SFPE Constitution and Bylaws, each member in good standing as of October 3, 2016 (which means dues are paid in full) will be entitled to select onenominee for 2017 President-Elect, one nominee for 2017 Secretary-Treasurer, up to three nominees for the class of 2019 Board of Directors, and up to three nominees for the 2017 Nominating Committee. Please be sure to check and ensure that you are a member in good standing prior to October 3 and that we have a valid email address on file. Individuals who are not in good standing as of October 3, or who do not have a valid email address on file, will not be eligible to vote in this election. The results of this election will be announced to the membership no later than November 11.
